Darrell Poteet is the founder and co-owner of computerRx and a 30 year plus computer professional. Initially trained on IBM mainframe computers in 1970, he has worked in virtually every aspect of the computer industry. In 1993 he joined the executive management team that built McAfee Associates into the world’s 10 th largest software company in just 4 years. As senior vice-president he pioneered Internet software distribution and sales as the creator of mcafee.com. After forming McAfee Japan in 1997 he retired to Lebanon. In 2001 he, wife Terri, and son Matt opened computerRx where they are personally responsible for the day-to-day management of its operation and the satisfaction of its customers.

Terri has been a personal computer user for over 20 years. As a home schooling mother, business owner, and family financial manager she has become expert at using a PC for personal and business productivity. Her primary responsibilities at computerRx are designing, building, and maintaining websites as well as training on wide variety of computer skills.

Matt has used computers since he was 2 years old and has become an expert in all areas of computer operation and maintenance. He is a certified technician and has experience in all Microsoft operating systems as well as expertise in Linux. He has been employed at computerRx since its inception and since 2006 has been the manager of our retail service center.
